Supporting parents in communicating tutoring goals and progress, and ensuring  those insights are shared with the child’s broader team. I collaborate with tutors when appropriate to ensure skills are part of a cohesive learning plan—so the child can reach their academic potential. 

When a child receives executive function support, it’s essential that tools and approaches stay consistent. I guide parents in communicating these strategies and, when helpful, collaborate with the executive function coach to ensure efforts are aligned across all settings—allowing for repetition, reinforcement, and stronger skill development.

Lightening parents’ mental load by helping them relay therapeutic recommendations to school staff and other professionals. I collaborate when appropriate to ensure the child receives the support they need—so care feels cohesive, manageable, and centered on the child’s well-being.

Helping parents communicate how motor and sensory needs, as identified by their child’s therapist, may affect learning and behavior. I collaborate with occupational and physical therapists when appropriate to ensure those insights help shape the child’s educational plan and guide supports across settings.

Guiding families in acting on evaluation recommendations by helping them turn findings into next steps and communicate effectively with school teams and outside providers. I also collaborate with evaluators when appropriate to ensure their insights lead to meaningful services and supports.

Open and clear communication between families and school staff is key to ensuring consistent, effective support. I work alongside parents to share updates, insights, and outside recommendations—and, when needed, I also connect directly with school teams to help everyone stay aligned and focused on what works best for the child.
